I am a semi-retired Marketing Consultant and active Master of Ceremonies, Charity Auctioneer and After Dinner Speaker. Having undergone a comprehensive professional training programme, I also offer my services as an Independent Funeral Celebrant.

I have conducted funeral ceremonies in Crematoriums, Halls and Churches including Romsey Abbey and also officiated at Memorial Services in Hampshire, West Sussex and East Dorset. I offer a ceremony that is centred on the person who has died, truly reflecting their beliefs and may contain as much or as little emphasis on the spiritual or faith as the family would want.

• An initial meeting with the family face to face including evening and weekend visits if necessary.
If appropriate, I will be happy to telephone other family members that may not be able to attend the meeting.

• Allow relatives and friends a greater contribution to the service and to share their feelings and memories.

• Ensure that the ceremony is written to the wishes of the family including the eulogy and to deliver or assist a family member with the eulogy if required.

• Assist with choices of music, hymns, readings, poetry, ritual and venues where needed.

• Design and produce a quality Order of Service if required.

• Truly reflect the persons religious beliefs if appropriate and also to properly reflect the views of those who have not lived according to religious principles or have accepted religious views of life or death.
